Hospitality professional with a passion for providing people with the highest level of customer service, graduated from Hotel School of Lausanne, I have been privileged to work for more than 20 years in hospitality / Food and Beverage and multi-services sector in 15 global destinations. I have been responsible for all aspects of the business whether it be openings or developments, refurbishments or repositioning’s, business or leisure. All concepts were at a 4 to 5 stars level, and some were even equipped with dispensaries. A chance to welcome and take care of famous officials all over the world.
My strengths include being able to adapt myself quickly and easily to new situations and/or environments. Rapidly implement improvements to employee engagement, customer’s satisfaction and financial results in accordance with all social, legal and safety guidelines.
Over the course of my career from dishwasher to general manager, I have experienced and learnt the requirements and expectations of the majority of roles within our industry. I am however still continuing to learn and acquire new knowledge and experience each and every day.
