board member.
- Manage the hotel operations achieving a customer satisfaction rate of 9.2 on Booking and generate
profits from day one. Market share goal reached within 13 months.
- Ensure certification with most environmentally respective labels Swisstainable III and Green Key.

From September 2018 to December 2020
• Atrium Airport Hotel (2019-2020) - General Manager Pre-opening.
- Launch of a 163 rooms hotel with 5 dining outlets, seminar rooms totaling 1,200 sqm, with a
budgeted turnover of CHF 12 million.
- Lead a full team recruitment and hotel concept creation.
- Held the hotel during COVID crisis, including hosting military personnel and organizing a collective
dismissal and definitive closure.
• Lake Geneva Hotel, Hotel Manager (2018-2019)
- Oversaw 102 rooms, 3 dining outlets, seminar rooms, and catering services. Managed a team of 31
employees. Generated CHF 5.9 million in revenue with a 34.1% GOP.
