Summary
I analyse hotels as investments, not as operations but as feasibility, valuation, and the numbers that decide whether an asset gets built.
EHL graduate (2026, Honnors) specialising in hotel asset management, real estate valuation and M&A advisory. Most recently I led the hotel workstream of a feasibility study for a multifunction stadium project in Valais, Switzerland, for a private developer, room typology, ADR/occupancy/RevPAR modelling from STR and OFS data, MICE positioning, and full P&L projections.
Alongside the analytical work, I build: financial models from scratch, a 3D web platform for the stadium project, an automated trading system. The technical side isn't a hobby I mention politely, it's how I work faster than people who only use Excel.
