In addition to my student jobs, I have completed a job as Hospitality Coordinator for the Summer Camp at the prestigious Swiss boarding school Collège Alpin International Beau-Soleil, in charge of the welcome, well-being and satisfaction of students and parents, catering and events, and hotel management.

the mission of my internship was to develop the hospitality business of TAG Heuer in Switzerland:
- Receiving, welcoming and transmitting the History, the watch collections, Values of the company to VIP clients, Porsche private clubs, brand ambassadors, LVMH managers, regional politicians, etc.
- Develop the activity and the business hospitality of the company, by rethinking the customer journey, visits, VIP reception, post-purchase customer satisfaction...
- Take care of reservations for all guests and clients whether for hotels, transfers with private drivers, restaurants, flights, trains, gifts for VIPs ...
- Rewrite and consolidate the history of the Brand to make it dynamic for the visits of the different factories and the museum

Student work, more than 50% of the time
I started as a crew member and ended up as an assistant to the restaurant manager
As an assistant manager, I had to supervise the economic activity of the restaurant and the team (about 20 employees), manage the services during the whole day and evening, close the restaurant with the daily reports, the statistics reports and monitor the cost control, the cash closing , make orders for food, drinks, cleaning products ... with suppliers.
As a crew member, I had to serve the customers and prepare their orders, take care of the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and the kitchen, make the inventories for food, drinks, and cleaning products, and establish the daily report on the activity of the restaurant.
