During this summer internship, my main task was to identify and assess opportunities to deploy General AI in healthcare professional training and education by conducting a deep-dive on General AI use cases in event logistics.

Throughout my operational internship, I gained experience in the full spectrum of front office activities by working on the reception desk and by supporting the concierge and guest-relation team. Furthermore, I received the opportunity to lead the spa department team by training new employees and trainees.

I shadowed an orthopaedic surgeon to learn more about patient pathways and the OR organization by conducting research on orthopaedic surgery processes.
