During my 6-month experience at the Peninsula Hotel in Chicago, I had the opportunity to put my theoretical knowledge into practice in a dynamic and upscale environment. I was the assistant manager of the hotel's exclusive rooftop cocktail bar, supervising a team and providing exceptional guest service. I also participated in organizing private events and venue buyouts, always maintaining the highest standards of luxury. This experience greatly enhanced my personal growth and soft skills, particularly communication, language, cultural understanding, and networking, which have had a lasting positive impact on my professional development.

My experience in the Swiss Army was a true school of life, where I learned the value of teamwork, strategic thinking, and the importance of embracing roles and responsibilities. Living and working efficiently within a group taught me discipline, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
