Summary
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management at EHL Hospitality Business School, I have developed experience across hospitality operations, strategic consulting, and entrepreneurship.
My professional journey started with the co-founding of a digital marketing startup, where I managed client relationships, projects, and coordinated a multidisciplinary team of up to 11 contract-based professionals. Since then, I have gained hands-on hospitality experience at Hilton Malta and contributed to operational and strategic projects at Château des Avenières in direct collaboration with senior management.
Beyond my professional experience, my time in the Swiss Armed Forces and four years as a volunteer firefighter in Geneva have exposed me to demanding environments where responsibility, teamwork, and adaptability are essential.
Today, I am particularly interested in strategy, operations, and business development, and in opportunities where I can combine analytical thinking, operational experience, and a strong understanding of people.

- Supported recruitment, team training and onboarding, as well as the development and implementation of SOPs and operational procedures.
