In my previous role as an Operations Executive, I successfully streamlined operational processes resulting in a 90% increase in productivity. I utilised my strong analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities which led to a 40% decrease in operational expenses. By implementing efficient supply chain management strategies, I was able to improve on-time delivery rates by 85%. My proficiency in project management allowed me to successfully oversee 5 projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines and exceeding client expectations. With addition to this i trained and co-ordinated a leadership program for young leaders to make them best leaders in outdoors and develop their personality.

During my internship, I collaborated with a team to manage the project, resulting in smooth working of process and project completions. I developed and maintained detailed reports using Excel, enhancing and managing store and inventory. My experience in management helped optimise the process, organise excess inventory. Additionally, I gained proficiency in systems and management tools and technique, contributing to a more efficient workflow and improved team communication.

In my role as Assistant Event Manager, I successfully coordinated and managed over 10 plus events, enhancing client satisfaction. I excelled in stream lining, managing and co-ordinating that resulted in better communication within the team and give best results, while maintaining high-quality standards. My strong organisational skills allowed me to oversee logistics and vendor management, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of all event components. Additionally, I developed and implemented marketing strategies that increased event attendance.

During my internship, I was in the core team of recruitment process, contributing to a reduction in time-to-hire. I also developed and implemented an employee engagement events that achieved a participation of fellow team members, providing valuable insights for our HR strategies. My responsibilities included training, recruiting, interviewing and supporting onboarding, which improved the efficiency of new hire processing. I honed my skills in data analysis, communication, and project management, which are essential for a successful HR career.
