Lors de ses 2 semaines au Montreux Jazz Festival, j’ai eu la chance de travailler au Protocole Accueil VIP. Ça a été, pour moi, l’occasion de découvrir le secteur événementiel et d’apprendre comment manager les loges des auditoriums ainsi que le services des boissons à nos guests les occupant. J’ai également eu l’opportunité de m’occuper de la guest list du bar privé du festival ( le Belvedère) ainsi qu’à la remise des accès ( badges et bracelets ) aux VIP guests, au desk du Protocol.
