I have the pleasure to be President of the EHLMixology Committee since September 2022 after being Head of Events last semester. I have the opportunity to take responsibility for the direction and effectiveness of the committee.
We are a team of 15 students, motivated to organize events inside and outside our school and to work with spirit brands. Being on a committee is a great experience to get a sense of the structure of a small business. Indeed, we are composed of several departments, each of which performs specific tasks. In addition to the President and Vice President, there are the Events, Tasting, HR, Finance and Marketing departments with managers and assistants.
EHLMixology allows us to acquire new theoretical and practical skills in mixology but also to meet other students and professionals.
Thanks to this committee, I discovered my enthusiasm for organizing events.
