Guest Relations Executive | Row on 45 - Handled reservations and VIP clientele, ensuring an exceptional experience at this 2-star Michelin restaurant.
F&B Admin - Liaised between restaurant managers and F&B directors, supporting daily operations and administrative tasks. Sales Intern - Created event proposals, showcased hotel spaces, and finalized contracts for both business and leisure clients.
