As an EHL Preparatory Year student, my passion lies in creating peaceful and relaxing moments for guests, particularly in Spa & Wellness.I am currently looking for a 6 months internship where I can contribute to guest satisfaction, operations, and service excellence in areas such as Spa/Wellness, Front Office, or Guest Experience. Bringing a combination of discipline, sociability, and creativity to each task. I enjoy finding solutions to potential issues before they impact the guest experience. I am fluent in French, English, and have a basic understanding of German. I am open to opportunities both in Switzerland and abroad. My ultimate goal is to care for people in such a way that they leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with a genuine smile on their face.
