Summary

As a Harvard, EHL, and Techstars alumnus, and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree with a background in entrepreneurship, social-impact and finance, I founded AceUp with the purpose to help individuals, teams, and organizations unlock their full potential. Through our AI-powered platform and a network of thousands of executive coaches globally, we deploy leadership coaching, systemic team coaching, and AI-powered talent analytics at every level to help organizations thrive through change in the new world of work. AceUp’s Team Transformation Engine© is already adopted by more than 10% of Fortune 500 companies in the US. I am also privileged to serve as a Strategic Advisor at the Harvard-backed Institute of Coaching (affiliated with Harvard Medical School and McLean Hospital). I am a founding member of the IOC’s Research Consortium for Human-Centered Leadership and a member of Dr. Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches Community (#MG100). I believe that we can do well by doing good, and this philosophy drives both my leadership and the one of my team every day at AceUp. If you are passionate about making a lasting impact and driving positive change for people, organizations, and their communities, join us!
