In charge of recruitment for the committee board members, ensuring positive interdepartmental and external relations. Managed a team of 10 people, created events regarding NGOs and volunteering. Created opportunities for the student body to participate in volunteer activities and raising funds for NGOs. Responsible for communication between EHL and our committee, developing ideas for events and executing them. Assisted in all departments and developed committee’s social medias. Demonstrated leadership during the committee’s first year of creation, assisted in event photography, and participated in events. Networked for the committee and established collaborations with other entities.

As a mentor, I have an assigned mentee who is currently redoing a semester in EHL. My job is to assist, provide advice, guidance, and inspiration for the mentee and help my mentee as much as possible regarding personal and emotional growth. I provide support and practice active listening for my mentee.

Managed emails regarding membership inquiries, member event reminder emails, inquiry follow-up emails, & member event charge lists. Responsible for creating daily member check-in lists for member events, issuing membership cards, creating membership kits for new members, inputting member information, & creating new profiles into Jonas. Handled projects such as creating a business card database, quarterly stock intake, internship deck for future interns, monthly departmental report, & researching private clubs to create an excel report. Accompanied and handled tours for prospective and new members, attended cocktail events, member events, weekly department meetings & networked with members. Created monthly visit & spending reports, assisted In photoshoots, & inputted applications.

In charge of both media writing team and media design team to coordinate and create all media for the committee. Responsible for marketing strategies and interdepartmental collaborations. I am also responsible for coming up with ideas for events, executing them, and recruitment as well. I handle all emails for the committee.

Managed the delivery and food distribution of the meals throughout the day, using the COVID measures. Was the demonstrator/model in the video for the hotel staff to learn the COVID measures the government and our hotel required. Memorized the in-room dining menu from the different outlets. Developed communication with different departments including kitchen, spa, and other restaurant outlets (MOBar, PDT, Amber, SOMM). Trained other staff including other trainees, casuals, other department staffs that came to help, management trainees, and the captain.
