I carried out a one year internship at the Hoxton Herengracht Amsterdam in F&B and Rooms divisions departments. I started my internship by serving international guests at Lotti's restaurant during three months. Then, I spent the following three months in the kitchen where I was learning next to the chef Antoine Michelson. After the spending six months in the F&B department I worked at the hotel reception where I learned how to take care of guests requests and solve several types of problems. Finally, I concluded my internship by spending three months at the housekeeping department as a housekeeping supervisor. I took care of the rooms organisation and the housekeepers.
