• Mission with a group of 6 EHL students commissioned by a hotel management & investment group that I approached.
• This rapidly expanding group operates in 8 high-altitude ski resorts in the French Alps (12 hotels, 5 residences and 16 luxury chalets.

• 6-month internship at the leading luxury villa and chalet rental with concierge service in Europe and leader in the Balearic cluster.
• Responsible for direct customer contact, creating experiences, selling services, and daily review of services sold. As well as requesting and following up on invoices from corresponding vendors and updating the CRM (Lucy) for the sub-division.
• Autonomous creation of segmented tourism recommendation books for our ultra-luxury clients.
• Field monitoring of daily operations as well as development and evaluation of suppliers.
• Check-ins & check-outs and maintaining good relationships with owners and managers.
