In this lauded 3 Michelin star restaurant, my tasks were to organize the delivery of service at the highest level by Osteria Francescana and its affiliated brands. Customers ranged from private Ultra-High-Net-Worth-Individuals (UHNWI) to multinational corporations, and venues varied from historic locations like the G7 Summit at Borgo Egnazia to contemporary venues like the Miami Grand Prix. I facilitated contractual work between the company and its customers, sponsors, and partners using my fluency in English, French, and Italian, and my advanced level of Spanish. Additionally, using Excel, I provided the company with a report detailing the financial viability of a new merchandising product which has since been implemented.

I began in the Guest Experience department handling complaints, organizing pre-arrival room checks, and ensuring amenities were present for guests with special requests. As I got comfortable in this role, I applied my knowledge in Excel to create a shared file for upper management with room inventories mainly to track property damage. Having demonstrated my abilities, I was asked to teach MS Office Suite functions to other colleagues in my department and Opera PMS functions cross-departmentally. After proving myself in this department, I started progressively focusing on SOP compliance and finally moved to F&B as waiter, bartender, and barista.
