Leyla Sarah Chouiter

Summary

I am a Bachelor student at EHL Hospitality Business School, pursuing a career at the intersection of finance, luxury, and brand-driven industries. I am particularly interested in how financial performance, operational excellence, and customer experience combine to create long-term value in high-end environments. Through EHL’s preparatory year, I developed a strong operational and business foundation, with hands-on experience in culinary arts, fine dining service, event operations, and hotel management. This training instilled rigor, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset, skills that translate naturally to both finance-driven organizations and luxury maisons. My professional experiences span front-of-house service in fast-paced restaurant environments, laboratory work in a pharmacy requiring precision and analytical focus, and a strategic internship at Hermès (La Montre Hermès), where I gained exposure to decision-making within a globally renowned luxury brand. Most recently, I completed a six-month service internship at Eden Rock – St. Barths, where delivering highly personalized service at the highest standards further sharpened my discipline, adaptability, and professionalism. I am particularly drawn to finance roles within global institutions such as Goldman Sachs, as well as finance, strategy, and business-oriented positions within the luxury and fashion industries, environments where analytical thinking, precision, and excellence are non-negotiable. Fluent in French and English, with working knowledge of German and Mandarin and basic notions of Arabic, I am motivated to thrive in international, high-performance environments and contribute with professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and a refined understanding of service and brand value.
