I am a 20 year old swiss student, currently studying Hospitality at the EHL. I am looking for an operational internship idealy in the sphere of conciergerie, guests relations or spa reception. I have experience in hospitality already and would like to develop these skills further.

I was a sales person , In fact the first person that the customer came in contact with. I welcomed customers with tea and a smile and then encouraged them to discover the atmosphere not only of the shop but the product line too. I really enjoyed engaging with the customers and working at christmas time made it extra special. We had a good team spirit which made a nice working environment.
Catering assistant

From September 2025 to February 2026
I actively took part in preparing banquets and events such as business meetings, cocktails, working lunches at the headquarters of Philip Morris in Lausanne. I covered many different aspects of the catering business, such as breakfast, breaks, lunches and even dinners. I was fully integrated with my team and we enjoyed a good working relationship. I was in contact directly with our customers and I found this to be an exciting opportunity I enjoyed being in the front line, and answering any questions as they came up. Additionally I was asked to cover the position of F&B in the IQOS shop in Lausanne which I did with pleasure

The qualification I obtained with the Maturité degree allows me to have a wide range of knowledge in several differents subjects. This opened my mind to various and new topics. This diploma has opened doors allowing me to attend to the EHL. I gained a 6 out of 6 for my " Travail de Maturité ", the topic was about the affect of covid 19 on the tourism in Switzerland.
