Je suis un professionnel de l’hôtellerie et étudiant à l’EHL Hospitality Business School, avec une expérience en Rooms Division, en gestion F&B et en conception de la qualité de service. Mon parcours opérationnel m’a permis de comprendre en profondeur comment un service réfléchi, des processus efficaces et une culture d’équipe solide façonnent l’expérience client.
