• Developed Marketing strategy for the company’s main brand, Dahua, to reach $80M in sales.
• Organized and promoted corporate online and in-person events. The promotion was done through social media, web page, mobile app, emailing campaigns, and I increased the assistance rate from 84% to 112% in all 20 branches.
• Helped to increase the number of clients with purchases per month. The original goal was an 11% growth from same month of last year but achieved an average of 13.5% growth.
• Participated in the development of an online event platform sign-up. This facilitated the sign-up process for events and gathered client data to analyze purchase trends, event attendance and clients’ personal information.

• Managed a 200 credit client base where I increased the on-time payment rate from 81% to 90% by sending automatic emails and helping my subordinates organize their phone calls.
• Improved the protection of bounced checks from 61% to 100%. Meaning that 100% of checks were secured by insurance. Achieved this by revising the client’s documents to be up-to-date and accurate.

• Worked with the IT department to develop features that helped with the sale of $20,000 SGD through the platform within 3 months during the pandemic.
• Listed an average of 10 new companies on the website per day through cold calling.

In Club des Entrepreneurs we organize various events where we invite guest speakers, do company visits and hold entrepreneurship contests with the aim to help the student body network and pursue their entrepreneurship journey. I first served as an events assistant and worked my way up to President. I later transitioned as a student mentor where I give advice and guidance to the current members.
