Professional experiences

F&b intern

MERCURE GENEVA AIRPORT , Meyrin - Operational Internship

From April 2026 to Today

I’m starting my fourth month as an F&B intern at the Atrium Brasserie, within the Mercure Geneva Airport Hotel. I’m really pleased with these first two months, during which I’ve grown and developed not only in service, but also by taking on multiple roles. I’ve worked as a runner, a head waiter, and behind the bar, giving me a broad range of experience. I’ve also been involved in setting up business-focused events, and this exposure to a dynamic, business-driven environment in Geneva is a real asset. I’m gaining autonomy and responsibility every week, and I’m excited to keep growing and becoming a fully integrated member of this amazing team at Mercure Geneva Airport.

Intern

Hôtel Cailler - Fedhorest SA , Val-de-charmey

From July 2024 to July 2024

I had the opportunity to complete a two-week internship at the Cailler Resort Hotel, spending one week in service and one in the kitchen. I chose this short internship to better understand how the hospitality industry works before fully committing to it.
During this experience, I discovered the overall organization of a high-end hotel and observed the coordination between its different departments. The team was very welcoming and kind, and my supervisor provided me with an internship certificate that I invite you to consult.

Cellar assistant

Domaine Beauregard , Rolle

From September 2021 to September 2024

I had the opportunity to work mainly as a cellar hand, while also taking part in the grape harvest. This internship, which lasted for the duration of the harvest season, allowed me to discover the entire winemaking process as well as the different grape varieties typical of the region.
This experience was particularly enriching and, in my opinion, represents a real asset in terms of credibility within the hospitality industry. It enabled me to develop my sense of discipline, curiosity, and attention to detail.
I keep an excellent memory of this experience, notably thanks to Gaël, my internship supervisor, who shared his expertise with passion and guided me throughout this professional immersion.
