Pauline Carrade

Young graduate with a Master specialized in Digital Business from IE Business School, I am passionate about the digital transformation in relation to sustainability.

Previously full-time teaching assistant in Organizational Behaviours at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), I supported 350 students to offer them the best learning environment possible. I also assisted two associate professors in their academic research and helped the Women In Leadership Initiative.

I have many interests, ranging from sustainability and digitalization to architecture, wine, and pastry. My natural curiosity allows me to have new perspectives and to be eager to try out ideas. Over the last few months, I took classes to learn design on Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. I also dived deeper into the world of sustainability, its challenges, but more importantly the possibilities it offers for a brighter future.

Passionate about wine, I co-founded the committee EHL Oenology at EHL and co-wrote a 100-page booklet for wine training. I also participated in international wine contests, such as the Left Bank Bordeaux Cup, and won the EHL wine contest Millésime in 2018.
I recently founded VirtualSomm, a wine-related start-up.

I am interested in working in digitalization and/or sustainability, project management, or project coordination.
