Intern sales assistant / concierge

From July 2024 to January 2025
During 6 months, I had the opportunity to work with the different managers on how to improve the traffic management of our boutique.
I therefore mainly worked as a concierge, and my tasks were :
- Welcoming clients at the welcome desk and guiding them in our boutique.
- Managing the timing between the clients and the sales consultants.
- Inventory controls to make sure all office supplies, boxes, bags, jewelries, watches etc… were available.
I also had the responsibility to supervise a group of up to 5 waiters/sess while also assisting the sales consultants during sales ceremony.

I had the pleasure during one day to welcome Cartier’s employees. We took care of the event’s timing during many different presentations about their new site in Couvet. We finished by serving drinks and finger foods for the final cocktail.

I worked in each of the hotel's department such as: Kitchen, In-Room Dining, Housekeeping and Front-Office.
This internship allowed to enter EHL with the direct entry program.

Thank's to my skills and versatility, I had the opportunity to work in various departments such as sales, administration, invoicing, and logistics. My tasks consisted of advising customers during the sales process by showing them the products and convincing them. I also took care to follow up on orders or possible problems related to after-sales service. During these 3 years, I took additional preparatory courses for the Swiss' entrance examination of the professional maturity and decided to take evening Italian class for 1 year.
