I am part of a master's student group that assigned to a project of developing Six Senses Mobile Apps and enhance digitalization of customer engagement services. My contribution include: 1. Prepare literature review focusing on customer loyalty, app development, and digitalization of hospitality value. 2. Create, distribute, and analyze the quantitative research to produce market insights toward the app. 3. Establish daily journal and conduct internal qualitative research and extract key opinion for the app. 4. Contribute in mobile app features recommendation based on the research outcome.
