Hospitality is about people. After managing hotels, facilities, revenue, teams and operations across six countries, that hasn't changed. It just looks different now.

I recently joined the ICRC in Geneva to coordinate internal events, plan the internal event calendar to optimise resources and reduce costs, and negotiate hotel contracts for one of the world's most demanding organisations.

Before that, I ran hotel operations end to end, comfortable moving between a P&L and a maintenance crisis on the same day, often under high pressure. Budget control and revenue performance on one side, facilities and day-to-day logistics on the other. Always across multicultural and cross-functional teams. Always focused on staying safe, compliant, and within cost.



It's crossing cultural lines more than the miles that pull me in. Learning how culture shapes trust, compliance, and decision-making. Whether leading teams, managing client relationships, or navigating stakeholders from every background, I've built my career on one skill: knowing how to connect, understand, and build trust with anyone.
