During my administrative F&B internship, I enforced and ensured the Shangri-La Food Safety Management Systems of all F&B outlets (SFSMS). In addition, I contributed with creating marketing materials such as photoshoots for the F&B department, and conducted competitive analysis of our competitors. I also managed purchasing orders, using 'Check EAM' software and provided daily support for the director of F&B and the restaurant manager.
