Development of Marketing and Training Program for Hospitality Schools in Vietnam.
Team Leader for the Student Business Project as well as conception and design of Marketing and Training Handbook.
This included collaborations with four local Vietnamese Schools, communications with Helvetas representatives in Switzerland and Vietnam, and input from SECO ( Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs).

Thanks to this internship, I could take on general and operational management tasks during a management turnover. Thanks to my experience in F&B, FO, and housekeeping, I was in a unique position to understand the daily operations. Due to the guidance and support of the General Manager and Mentor, Philip Ibrahim, I took on Recruitment, On-Boarding, and Project Management roles to ensure smooth operations, company culture, and guest satisfaction. It was my first experience in a management role, reinvigorating my ambition to become a future Operations Manager.
