Opening of Experimental Chalet Val d’Isère, December 2024:
• Contributed to the opening of the Experimental Chalet, a 113-room luxury hotel, the largest of the group, in collaboration with
more than 70 partner companies to design a 6,500 sqm property
• Participated to the development of key areas including two restaurants (L’Aigle d’Or and L’Aiglon), a cocktail bar, a spa, a meeting
room, a ski shop, and a kids' room, making the hotel the most economically significant in Val d'Isère
• Led supplier selection, commercial negotiations, & budget monitoring, ensuring operational compliance and high-quality execution
• Collaborated with, Dorothée Meilichzon (interior architect), on custom-made furniture production and coordination with suppliers
• Managed the contractor for several weeks to ensure that deadlines were met, and the quality of the work was up to standard. Also
supervised the on-site operational teams, who worked a month before the hotel’s opening to prepare for the arrival of guests
Renovation of La Compagnie des Vins Saint Germain, August 2024:
• Worked on the renovation of a wine bar, including suppliers’ selection and managing technical and budgetary aspects

• Worked on Rova (Belgium portfolio, mixed-development) 30,000 sqm / Optimo 4 mixed-used, 63,000sqm 89% occupied by EDF
• Drafting of investment models for both equity and debt real estate opportunities (retail, office, residential, hospitality investments)

• Involvement in property transactions and portfolio management such as the sale of the B&M portfolio

• Personalization of guests’ experiences, answering their demands and complaints, organizing their activities, handling of VIP reser- vations, creating long-term relationships, following the VIP guests’ journey before their arrival and during their stay
• Commercial development of the ‘Paris Suite Bertrand Lavier’ by setting up offers to promote it (dinner or gallery private tour with the artist, wine testing...). Suite transformed into a live-in exhibit for bookings (€11.000 per night)
