Internship as a receptionist at X-Bionic Hotel, I was handling administrative work, greeting new guests, solving guest personal enquiries, worked with marketing team to promote special events at the resort. This experience was my entry point to the hospitality industry and key to building both soft and hard skills needed for employee in the operations segment of hotel management.
