As a Finance Transformation Intern, I worked in the department overseeing the ERP transition from Navision to SAP S/4Hana. My main tasks included designing the Target Operating model of the Procure-To-Pay flow in SAP Signavio, overseeing user creation and role assignation in SAP S/4 Hana, tracking post-go-live issues, and creating, receiving and managing purchase orders for the department.

From March 2022 to August 2022
As a guest experience agent in a small Belmond hotel, I took care of several tasks. Specifically, writing emails, Conciergerie tasks such as booking restaurants and boat tours, greetings, and escorting clients to the room. I then returned to the Splendido Mare the following year from June to the end of August.
