Leading waste management operations, I designed the “Trash to Cash” project to promote innovative recycling, educating 15,000 festivalgoers on sustainable practices. This initiative resulted in the recycling of approximately 1.6 tons of festival waste, showcasing effective waste management and sustainability efforts.
