· Take part in the daily operation of the restaurant and lobby lounge.
· Complete closing and opening duties, including restocking items and writing daily reports.
· Contact guests to handle reservations as well as ensuring guest satisfaction.
· Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability.
· Coordination and management of daily casual labor.
