Summary
I am a final-year Hospitality Management student at EHL Hospitality Business School with a strong interest in hotel Food & Beverage environments, particularly in areas where service quality, atmosphere, and guest interaction come together to shape memorable hospitality experiences. Through my academic training and professional exposure in both hotel operations and brand-related event projects in Shanghai, I have developed a growing interest in guest-experience-focused hospitality, especially within hotel bar and F&B settings. As I approach graduation in February 2027, I am interested in continuing to build my operational foundation within international hotel environments while gradually broadening my understanding across departments over time. In the longer term, I hope to grow towards concept-oriented Food & Beverage development and future hospitality entrepreneurship. I remain open to opportunities across both Hong Kong and Mainland China and always welcome the chance to stay connected with professionals in hospitality who value service culture, operational excellence, and thoughtful guest experiences.

Main tasks:
1. Participate in all kinds of brainstorming of events and will participate in event com-calls, and client
meetings
2. Monitor each event timeline, update and support event managers to remind the field and vendors of the
key tasks, follow up
3 . Collect all the feedback from event managers and update to master calendar daily basis
4. Regularly record event results and maintain the event database
5. Contacting event venues, purchasing event items, and assisting with on-site execution
