Subsidy request: submit your expense report 2025 and event plan 2026
Dear Stammladies, Stammvaters, Stammleaders, Committee Members,
We hope the year has started well for you.
As we kick off the new planning cycle, we kindly ask you to prepare and submit two documents:
Your 2025 Expense Report: A list of all expenses incurred during 2025
Your 2026 Event Plan & Planned Expenses: An overview of your planned activities and estimated costs for 2026
The Excel file to complete is available in the Media section of your Community group.
Deadlines
The final deadline for all submissions is March 01, 2026.
Before filling in the documents, please make sure to review the Alumni Stamm Guidelines and the Stamm Subsidy Policy, also available in the Media section of your Community group (posted on January 29, 2024).
