Tenant Relationship: Develop commercial relationships, participating in the renewal of a lease for an asset in Paris, ensure lease compliance, and monitor CapEx & FF&E allowances for a portfolio of 10 hotels valued at €390 million.
Acquisition/Divestment Projects: Model business plans and prepare committee documentation - currently working on the liquidation of a fund with 42 assets valued at €150 million.
ESG: Collect and analyze data for our annual campaign with Deepki.
Finance and Accounting Management: Oversee internal and external property management, coordinate with the risk department and external parties.
Fund: Participate in the creation of an FPCI fund "Plein Air Invest," encompassing 8 campsites valued at €80 million, and contribute to the audit and valuation committees.
