Conducted comprehensive background research on sustainability trends in the hospitality industry.
Collected and analyzed data through qualitative methods, including interviews and observations, to assess sustainable practices.
Employee Awareness and Engagement
Assessed the level of awareness and engagement of Hotel ICON employees regarding sustainable practices.
Identified barriers preventing employees from fully engaging with sustainable practices.
Innovative Strategies Development
Developed innovative strategies, including a green mascot and a partnership with a well-being app, to promote sustainability and employee well-being.
Suggested improvements in communication and training programs to better align employees with the hotel's sustainability goals.
