Introducing EHL Wellness Conversations in Collaboration with the World Wellness Weekend
Your AEHL team, with the World Wellness Weekend, proudly presents a new series of Wellness Conversations.
The World Wellness Weekend (WWW) is a global movement with local activities highlighting the importance of wellness. In partnership with the United Nations Global Sustainability Index Institute, WWW encourages the organization of free, fun, and creative wellness activities on the 3rd weekend of September, just before the Equinox, when daytime & nighttime are equal, as a symbol for Work/Life Harmony.
According to Jean-Guy de Gabriac, founder of WWW, "The purpose of World Wellness Weekend is to remind people that it feels GREAT to be WELL, physically, mentally, emotionally & socially. While health is a relationship between your body & a doctor, wellness is a responsible relationship between your body/mind and yourself."
It is the year of benevolence at EHL, and we all know that now more than ever, a little more wellness and goodwill are needed as the world recovers. Zeina Abdo, EHL's Associate Director of Alumni & Industry Relations, understood this and wanted to provide an outlet for heart-to-heart conversations to the EHL communities by bringing the WWW to EHL.
Every three weeks, senior executives join Zeina Abdo and Jean-Guy de Gabriac to share thought-provoking insights on how Wellness trends can help you leverage your personal & professional lives.
