In 2020, EHL implemented a new system to reduce paper usage and switch all contracting documents to digital: DocuSign. It allows students to electronically sign contracts, and all contracts at EHL are now issued with this system, such as studies and studio rentals contracts for example.
This new system has allowed EHL to save 17’925 pages of paper. This represents about 150kg of paper, meaning that we saved about 635kg of wood, 1’347 kg of CO2 and 13’400 liters of water.
This is great news as we move forward with digitalization, accelerated by the current COVID-19 crisis.
